We live in a small town with very limited restaurants where I can find gluten free food. We used to travel north to Lexington multiple times weekly prior to the pandemic. One of my favorite restaurants there is PF Chang's. They have several gluten free items on their menu, and they are cautious about preparation and service. We often share a pot of Dragon Eye Oolong Tea with our meal.
I ordered a box of 20 pyramid tea sachets of Revolution Tea Dragon Eye Oolong from Amazon. Described as: "Somewhere between a green and black tea, Dragon Eye Oolong begins with the finest quality Oolong tea available. The smooth, well-rounded elixir blends smoky Chinese Se Chung and Shui Xian oolong teas with safflower, peach and apricots."
One sachet made two cups I enjoyed in my pretty Royal Albert Apple Blossom teacup.
What a lovely spring teacup, and those tea sachets sound right up my alley!
ReplyDeleteI enjoy Revolution's Dragon Eye Oolong tea too, and first tasted it at PF Chang's. Your pretty Royal Albert teacup looks like a Shelley. Very spring-like!
