I enjoy the lighter taste and caffeine content of White Tea in the afternoon.
The name white tea derives from the fine silvery-white hairs on the unopened
buds of the tea plant. This is Harney and Sons Chinese Silver Needle, a Chinese white tea.
Described on the tea tin as: "A light, subtle sweetness,
dulled with gentle vegetal flavors of steamed bok choy."
Unfortunately, my taste buds don't detect all that, but I do enjoy it.
Today I am using my Royal Tara vintage cup and saucer
and my newer Royal Tara 2-cup teapot
as I continue to celebrate March.
Please bear with me and my blog posts because I have enough shamrock
china to blog about all month.
I love your shamrock china! The napkin is pretty too. Enjoy your tea time!
